GROUP ORDERS (GOS)

DAL.HAE. opens group orders for ALL GOT7 goods - albums, magazines, collections, etc coming from Korea. On the other hand, as we don’t have direct contacts from China and Thailand at the moment of writing, we only open a GO from there IF we find ways to get the items.We can also open group orders for non-GOT7 items, given that we have met a certain number of orders for one. Otherwise, the item won’t be for group order but will be under Pasabuy.Three ETAs will be available for group orders - SFETA (usually for albums only), FETA, and NETA.

PASABUYS

DAL.HAE. also offers Pasabuys, a service wherein we buy anything that you want to buy from Korea and ship it along with other items. These are for items that you cannot directly order yourself or you just want to have a cheaper ISF. We are only offering FAST ETA for these items, UNLESS items you want aren’t available for shipping via EMS (liquid, has battery, too heavy, etc) or if there are special circumstances, we could suggest an NETA option.

PROXY BUYING

Another service offered by DAL.HAE. is the proxy buying, both for online and offline items. We have a personal shopper who can do the shopping for you in a certain area/certain store in Seoul, Korea.

Gifting Service

Another service DAL.HAE. is offering is the gifting service. For the past months, since the transfer of GOT7 members to different new agencies, we have been in-charge of sending gifts and food support to our boys. This was only opened among close friends; however, we have received numerous requests of opening this to the public and extending the service to other artists and/or actors who have been allowed by their agencies to receive gifts and/or food support from their fans. We are still in the middle of collating and making a list but we are accepting inquiries regarding this.

VCE Assistance

DAL.HAE. also offers VCE Application Assistance in two ways.
By helping you buy the albums - this would be under the Pasabuy category. All albums will therefore be shipped out via sea cargo (NETA). However, if client wants to receive the signed album first, it can be sent via EMS (FETA).
By helping you buy and sell the albums. For this option, we will help you open a GO. Discount, which will be given to the buyers, will be shouldered by the VCE App Asst client. Client can decide on how much subsidy he/she will be giving. Albums can be sent either via NETA or FETA as well, depending on the situation (if the albums are bought during or after preorder period).

For both cases, client must settle the full BP first before application will be done by us.Please also do take note that this doesnt guarantee winning a slot in the VCE. We can help you strategize but none is guaranteed.
